Q. If EnerG Test finds problems with the electrical system can you fix problem, or do we need to get an outside company to correct it?

A.This is the customer’s choice! It’s one of the benefits of using EnerG Test. All EnerG Test Technicians are also licensed electricians; and therefore can not only diagnose the problems but also correct them as well.

Q. Are Test Reports Archived?

A. Yes. EnerG Test maintains a database of both paper and electronic files with secure archives, and if the testing is performed as part of our TEGG Service, the information can be accessed electronically through TEGG’s asset management system.
